- “The "Low Voltage Grounding System Periodic Inspection Report" is a supplementary report for these periodic inspections; conformity assessment cannot be made based solely on this report.
- The inspection report must be prepared separately for each piece of equipment (panel); if the panels are grouped together, a single report can be prepared.
- Findings of non-conformity can be illustrated with photographs as an appendix to the report; findings on group boards should be explained in the notes section along with the board number.
- The functionality of all equipment on the control panel can be checked using the test button.
- In the initial validation tests, insulation resistance checks and voltage drop analyses must be performed.
- If there is any doubt about the make and model of the equipment inside the control panel, additional information should be requested from the manufacturer.
- The checks for equipment such as sockets, cable trays, junction boxes, equipotential bonding bars, motors, and regulators that complete the installation outside the panel are specified in the notes section according to the equipment's characteristics.

In the conformity assessment of non-electrical metal equipment such as trays, air ducts, etc., since there is no touch voltage, the continuity resistance of the potential equalization conductors up to the equipotential busbar should be measured (Rc < 0.1 Ω); insulation tests of the cables are performed when no equipment is connected to the circuit. For the Zs limit value, verification is performed according to the value of the protective element being measured and the grounding type, and the value measured by the loop impedance method is noted as Zx; tripping current and tripping time tests are performed from the end point of the circuits supplied by the RCDs, and it is tested whether the equipment is working (test current is given as a ramp, 0-180 degrees according to the type of equipment); The values of the surge protection device are noted, and whether the equipment has experienced a surge is recorded in the notes section. | TS HD 60364-6 Article 6.4.3 |
| 16 | Completion of the Examination | The inspected item is left as it was received, and a photograph is taken before leaving the area. | TS HD 60364-4-41, TS HD 60364-6 |
