Temporary Trade Show Stands and Exhibition Distribution Networks

IEC TS 60364-7-725 Expo and Fair Receipt and Socket Organizations

Hundreds of exhibition stands set up in an exhibition center (Expo) create a temporary electrical charge. So, will the portable power strip connected to your company's stand be able to pass international exhibition management inspections?

AES Innovation

Temporary and Delicate Connection at the Organization Booth

At international trade fairs, thousands of stands are equipped with giant screens (LED walls), demonstration machines, and multiple sound systems. Officials at the main exhibition building will request a legally required 'Installation Compliance Certificate' regarding the safety of your stand's electrical outlets and wiring.

AES Innovation provides the fastest possible on-site testing for flexible power strips laid on the exhibition floor, heat/halogen resistors for stand lighting, and 30mA selective relays housed in custom exhibition boxes.

Approval Engineering within the Boundaries of Expo Fairgrounds

Critical Conditions Examined During Our Stand Inspection:

  • Connection of Stand Distribution Boxes:
The performance of the automatic circuit breaker at the point where the plug/network from the main exhibition system enters the stand's dedicated sub-board is examined.
  • Flexible Mobile Conductors (Flexibility):
For multiple cables that should not be placed under heavy objects, the terminal insulation and extension cord resistance drops are checked.
  • LED Wall and Stand Lighting:
The distance of the hot spotlights used for venue lighting from the stand tarpaulin material (flammable fabric) and their protective shielding are checked.
WHY AES INNOVATION?

Don't let your exhibition stand be sealed off due to a power outage.

Many professional companies cannot provide proof of electrical system testing on the opening day of the trade show, resulting in the main distributor (Expo) being unable to switch on the power, and the event ending in disaster. With AES's accredited approval, your stand will shine brightly on the global stage.

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions regarding stand operation companies.

Yes. The main transformer is responsible for protecting the entire room and is a time-delay fuse. You must have your own 30mA residual current protector specifically for your small stand cabinet.

Using a daisy chain for wiring is a strictly regulated element because it pushes the resistance to its limit (risking inability to handle amperage in case of a short circuit).
