Yes, according to the Regulation on Health and Safety Requirements in the Use of Work Equipment, periodic inspection of electrical installations is a legal requirement. Employers are obliged to have their electrical work equipment inspected by authorized inspection organizations.

Annual inspections are recommended for standard industrial facilities, while high-risk facilities should undergo inspections every six months. Tests of residual current devices should be carried out monthly or quarterly.

Insulation resistance, loop impedance, continuity tests, residual current protection relay function tests, grounding resistance measurement, panel inspections with thermal camera, and voltage drop measurements are performed.
