Platformder Pays a Study Visit to İsgüm

PLATFORMDER management paid a working visit to İSGÜM.

PLATFORMDER, the association of manufacturers and distributors of personnel lifting platforms, paid a working visit to İSGÜM (İsküdar Occupational Health and Safety Institute) with the aim of conducting joint studies with the İSGÜM Occupational Equipment Department.

PLATFORMDER Chairman Servet AYHAN stated that they aim to promote the use of appropriate equipment by collaborating with İSGÜM, the authorized institution regarding the use and periodic inspections of work equipment. In this context, he announced that a workshop on the Periodic Inspections of Elevated Mobile Work Platforms will be held on August 8th, and that a seminar specifically for occupational safety specialists will be organized on October 24th, with the participation of İSGÜM and relevant public institutions and organizations.

Erol Tekçe, President of İSGÜM (Occupational Safety and Health Institute), stated that İSGÜM is the authorized institution regarding the use and periodic inspections of occupational equipment, and that they would be pleased to collaborate with PLATFORMDER, one of the leading NGOs in this field, and to support them in their role as representatives of the sector, adding that they are open to all kinds of cooperation.
