What has changed in the Periodic Inspection, Maintenance, and Accreditation Requirements?
The "Regulation on Health and Safety Conditions in the Use of Work Equipment," issued pursuant to the "Occupational Health and Safety Law" No. 6331 and published in the Official Gazette No. 28628 dated April 25, 2013, sets out the minimum health and safety requirements to be observed regarding the use of work equipment in workplaces and covers all workplaces falling within the scope of the Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331 dated June 20, 2012. The Regulation on Health and Safety Requirements in the Use of Work Equipment was published in the Official Gazette dated 18.02.2022 and numbered 31754, marking its 4th revision.
