Who needs to register?

- Washing machines, dishwashers, washer-dryers
- Electronic displays (TV, monitor)
- Light sources (lamps)
- Air conditioners, heat pumps, water heaters, and boilers.
- Ventilation units, ovens and range hoods
- Tires

Supplier's responsibilities
Three components are loaded into EPREL for each product model: (1) energy label, (2) Product Information Sheet — these are visible to the consumer in the public section — and (3) technical documentation, The record is kept in a section accessible to market surveillance authorities. The record must be preserved for as long as the product remains on the market and for 15 years after it is withdrawn from the market.
