The Eurasian Economic Union’s EAC mark and China’s CCC (3C) certification are mandatory conformity systems that open the door to two major markets. Although they appear similar to CE, their certification logic is distinctly different. This article summarizes the scope, technical regulations, process differences, and critical deadlines for Turkish manufacturers of both systems.

The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) mandates certification for many products entering the Indian market. This article explains two key schemes (ISI Mark and CRS) and the open pathway for foreign manufacturers (FMCS) in an educational manner.

The US EPA’s TSCA 8(a)(7) reporting rule for PFAS, known as “infinite chemicals,” imposes a broad inventory obligation, even covering importers of PFAS embedded in their products. The rule’s implementation date has been postponed several times, and proposed changes in November 2025 introduced a significant exemption for imported products. We summarize the current situation and strategic steps for Turkish manufacturers exporting water/stain-resistant textiles, coatings, packaging, and some electronics.
