What has changed in the Periodic Inspection, Maintenance, and Accreditation Requirements?
The "Regulation on Health and Safety Conditions in the Use of Work Equipment," issued pursuant to the "Occupational Health and Safety Law" No. 6331 and published in the Official Gazette No. 28628 dated April 25, 2013, sets out the minimum health and safety requirements to be observed regarding the use of work equipment in workplaces and covers all workplaces falling within the scope of the Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331 dated June 20, 2012. İş Ekipmanlarının Kullanımında Sağlık ve Güvenlik Şartları Yönetmeliği; 18.02.2022 tarih ve 31754 sayılı Resmi Gazete’de yayımlanarak 4. revizyonu gerçekleşmiştir.
