In accordance with Article 14/B of the Regulation on Health and Safety Conditions in the Use of Work Equipment, published in the Official Gazette dated April 25, 2013, and numbered 28628, a format and criteria for periodic inspection reports for LPG tanks have been prepared. These formats and criteria have been approved by the General Directorate of Occupational Health and Safety of the Ministry of Labour and Social Security of the Republic of Turkey. DOCUMENTS It was published at [address].

The relevant periodic inspection report format has been prepared in accordance with the criteria determined by the Ministry, taking into account the opinions of the relevant parties.

 

Reports must include the accreditation body's logo, the accreditation body's trade name, and the TÜRKAK accreditation mark.
