Arc flash analysis was performed at the entire HAZNEDAR DURER Refractory Materials facility in Silivri/Istanbul, in accordance with NFPA 70E and IEEE 1584-2018 standards. The system, consisting of three distribution transformers (2500, 1600, and 1000 kVA) fed from a 31.5 kV medium voltage connection, 400 V distribution panels, and backup generators, involved modeling 88 panels and distribution busbars; short circuits were calculated using IEC 60909-0, and incident energy using IEEE 1584-2018.

In conclusion, 64 panels were classified as PPE category 0, 15 panels as category 1, and 9 panels as category 2; the highest incident energy was calculated as 7.02 cal/cm². The facility was provided with a report in Turkish and English, along with 88 panel labels and a list of labels.
