CHAPTER VII - 2021 MINIMUM WAGE DEFINITIONS 185 186 2021 MINIMUM WAGE DEFINITIONS The general rules regarding the 2021 Minimum Wages were adopted by the EMO Board of Directors at its meeting dated 14.11.2020 and numbered 47/14, pursuant to the authority granted by the 47th Ordinary General Assembly of the Chamber of Electrical Engineers held on 22-23 August 2020 and Article 6 of the Turkish Union of Chambers of Engineers and Architects Chambers of Electrical Engineers Minimum Wage and Professional Supervision Implementation Principles Regulation, published in the Official Gazette dated 09.12.2010 and numbered 27780, and entered into force as of 01.01.2021. supervision fee is applied as 25 TL. Calculation Formula: Project Minimum Wage (PMU) = YYA x BM x MMHK x HDO x HBO x BK x OK (BM) Unit Cost: The costs determined and announced annually by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization for each class of architectural services (unit is TL/m2). (YYA) Approximate Building Area: The sum of the area obtained by multiplying the seating or usable area of the building or facility by the number of floors, plus the open and closed projection areas requiring engineering services. It is found or obtained from the architectural project of the building or facility. (YYM) Approximate Building Cost: The price that forms the basis for calculating the fees for architectural and engineering services. The value obtained by multiplying the approximate building area by the unit cost (calculated in TL). (HBO) Service Division Ratio: The service ratios within the project services themselves. MMHK = Architectural Engineering Services Coefficient, building approximate area, and service class adjustment coefficient depending on the building classes. The Project Tender Document (PTD) coefficient corresponds to the Engineering and Architecture Services Specification of the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization. (HDO) Service Branch Ratio: This is the ratio of electrical engineering services within the architectural and engineering services of buildings and facilities. This ratio is .5. (BK) Regional Reduction Coefficient: This is the regional reduction coefficient determined by the Chamber's Board of Directors and defined in the previous section.
