A comprehensive Due Diligence (DD) study has been conducted for the portfolio of TAMEK GIDA VE KONSANTRE SAN. VE TİC. A.Ş., which is planned to be acquired by OYAK. As a result of detailed examinations carried out within the scope of technical consultancy services, a technical analysis and evaluation report has been submitted to the institution. This study professionally presents the current situation and potential risks of the TAMEK portfolio.
