Voltage Distortion Analysis Parameters:

  • Harmonic Distortion (THD%) Measurement:
    The deviation of the current and voltage waveforms in the network from the ideal sine wave is measured using a power quality analyzer and compared with the IEEE 519 and IEC 61000 limits.
  • Voltage Surge and Sag/Swell:
    The effects of sudden load changes (motor starting) or instantaneous voltage drops/surges from the grid on sensitive devices are recorded by the datalogger.
  • Neutral-Ground Voltage and Leakage Current:
