{"id":3391,"date":"2026-03-07T02:05:05","date_gmt":"2026-03-06T23:05:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aesinn.com\/?p=3391"},"modified":"2026-03-07T02:05:05","modified_gmt":"2026-03-06T23:05:05","slug":"jenerator-periyodik-kontrolleri-genel-bilgi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aesinn.com\/en\/jenerator-periyodik-kontrolleri-genel-bilgi\/","title":{"rendered":"Generator Periodic Inspections | General Information"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Denetimler, jenerat\u00f6r sisteminin belirlenmi\u015f olan etkinli\u011finin kontrol edilmesi ve g\u00fcvenilir olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya haz\u0131r halde tutulmas\u0131 i\u00e7in ana \u015fartlardan biridir.<\/p>\n<p>Denetimi yapan\u0131n elinde varsa, jenerat\u00f6r i\u00e7in gerekli olan, tasar\u0131m kriterleri, tasar\u0131m a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131 ve teknik resimler gibi dok\u00fcmanlar\u0131 kapsayan bir jenerat\u00f6r tasar\u0131m raporu haz\u0131r bulunmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Jenerat\u00f6r\u00fc denetleyenin elinde ayr\u0131ca, varsa daha \u00f6nce yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olan jenerat\u00f6r bak\u0131mlar\u0131na ve denetimlerine ait raporlar mevcut olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00fcvenli bir kurulum yapmak i\u00e7in jenerat\u00f6re uygun yer se\u00e7mek kurulum i\u015flemin en \u00f6nemli b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><em>&#8220;Binalar\u0131n Yang\u0131ndan Korunmas\u0131 Hakk\u0131nda Y\u00f6netmelik: Madde 66-<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><em>(1)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Bir mahal i\u00e7erisinde tesis edilen birincil veya ikincil enerji kayna\u011f\u0131 olarak jenerat\u00f6r kullan\u0131lan b\u00fct\u00fcn bina ve yap\u0131larda a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki tedbirlerin al\u0131nmas\u0131 \u015fartt\u0131r:<\/em><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li><em>a) Jenerat\u00f6r\u00fcn kurulaca\u011f\u0131 odan\u0131n duvarlar\u0131, taban\u0131 ve tavan\u0131 en az 120 dakika s\u00fcreyle yang\u0131na dayanabilecek \u015fekilde yap\u0131l\u0131r.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>b) Jenerat\u00f6r\u00fcn i\u00e7inde bulunaca\u011f\u0131 odan\u0131n bina i\u00e7inde konumland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 halinde; bir yang\u0131n halinde \u00e7\u0131kan dumanlar\u0131n ve s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n binadaki ka\u00e7\u0131\u015f yollar\u0131na sirayet etmemesi ve serbest hareketi engellememesi gerekir.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>c) Jenerat\u00f6r\u00fcn ana yak\u0131t deposunun bulunaca\u011f\u0131 yer i\u00e7in, 56 nc\u0131 maddede belirtilen \u015fartlara uyulur.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><em>(2)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Jenerat\u00f6r odalar\u0131ndan temiz su, pis su, patlay\u0131c\u0131 ve yan\u0131c\u0131 s\u0131v\u0131 ve gaz tesisat\u0131 donan\u0131m\u0131 ve ekipmanlar\u0131 ge\u00e7irilemez ve \u00fcst kat mahallerinde \u0131slak hacim d\u00fczenlenemez.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Yeterli Temiz Hava Emi\u015f,<\/li>\n<li>Yeterli S\u0131cak Hava At\u0131\u015f,<\/li>\n<li>Uygun Egzoz Gaz\u0131 At\u0131\u015f\u0131<\/li>\n<li>Teraziye Al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f Beton Kaidenin Yap\u0131lmas\u0131 ya da Terazide Olan Beton Alan\u0131n Belirlenmesi,<\/li>\n<li>Olumsuz Hava Ko\u015fullar\u0131ndan Korunma, (G\u00fcne\u015f, Tipi \u015eeklinde Ya\u011fmur ve Kar Ya\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131, v.b.)<\/li>\n<li>Olumsuz \u00c7evre Ko\u015fullar\u0131ndan Korunma, (A\u015f\u0131r\u0131 toz, Rutubet, Nem, v.b.)<\/li>\n<li>Servis Hizmeti Sa\u011flanabilmesi \u0130\u00e7in Jenerat\u00f6r \u00c7evresinde Asgari 1 er mt. Geni\u015fli\u011finde Bo\u015fluk B\u0131rak\u0131lmas\u0131,<\/li>\n<li>Jenerat\u00f6r\u00fcn Olas\u0131 Montaj Alan\u0131ndan \u00c7\u0131kart\u0131lma \u0130htimaline \u0130stinaden Giri\u015f Kap\u0131s\u0131 Geni\u015fli\u011finin Tasarlanmas\u0131.<\/li>\n<li>Montaj alan\u0131nda, zemin kaplamas\u0131, ya\u011f ak\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131 gibi durumlarda, kayma ve d\u00fc\u015fmeye ba\u011fl\u0131 i\u015f kazalar\u0131na mahal vermeyecek t\u00fcrde se\u00e7ilmelidir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 &#8216;<\/p>\n<p>Kurulum a\u00e7\u0131k alanda olacaksa jenerat\u00f6r setini d\u0131\u015f hava \u015fartlar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 korunmas\u0131 i\u00e7in kabinli tip jenerat\u00f6r kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Jenerat\u00f6rler toprak, bina, \u00e7elik konstr\u00fcksiyon, platform gibi zeminler \u00fczerine yerle\u015ftirilebilir. Jenerat\u00f6r setinin beton kaide \u00fcst\u00fcne oturtulmas\u0131, en \u00e7ok tercih edilen bir uygulamad\u0131r. Beton kaide,Jenerat\u00f6r setinin a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131na dayanacak \u015fekilde tasarlanm\u0131\u015f olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Y\u00fckseklik 200-300 mm olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Jenerat\u00f6r\u00fcn \u00e7evresinde 250mm. den daha geni\u015f alan b\u0131rak\u0131lmamas\u0131 gereklidir.<\/p>\n<p>Jenerat\u00f6r montaj zemininin, statik a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ve art\u0131 olarak motorun \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131ndan kaynaklanan her turlu dinamik kuvvete dayanmal\u0131d\u0131r. Se\u00e7ilen zemin alan\u0131nda zaman zaman su birikintisi olma olas\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 varsa, Beton kaide y\u00fcksekli\u011fi riskin boyutuna g\u00f6re y\u00fckseltilmelidir.<\/p>\n<p>Yetkisiz ki\u015filerin jenerat\u00f6r mahalline giri\u015fleri \u00f6nlenmeli.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Jenerat\u00f6rlerin denetimlerinin zaman aral\u0131klar\u0131 a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki kriterlerle belirlenmelidir:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Yap\u0131 tesisinin veya korunan b\u00f6lgenin s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na g\u00f6re, \u00f6zellikle ortaya \u00e7\u0131kacak zararlardan do\u011facak etkiler g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne al\u0131narak,<\/li>\n<li>Koruma s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131na g\u00f6re,<\/li>\n<li>Yerel \u00e7evre ko\u015fullar\u0131na g\u00f6re; \u00f6rne\u011fin korozif atmosferik \u00e7evrede, denetimler daha k\u0131sa zaman aral\u0131klar\u0131 ile yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r,<\/li>\n<li>Her bir jenerat\u00f6r eleman\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu malzemeye g\u00f6re,<\/li>\n<li>Jenerat\u00f6r\u00fcn bile\u015fenlerinin ba\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00fczeyin tipine g\u00f6re.<\/li>\n<li>Jenerat\u00f6rler, en az\u0131ndan her y\u0131l g\u00f6zle denetime tabi tutulmal\u0131d\u0131r. Elektrik kesintilerinin fazla oldu\u011fu yap\u0131larda, tesislerde daha s\u0131k g\u00f6zle kontrol yap\u0131labilir.<\/li>\n<li>Jenerat\u00f6rler; y\u00fck de\u011fi\u015fimlerine cevap verebilmek ve frekans\u0131 kontrol edebilmesi gerekir.
