\nNATURAL GAS MARKET LICENSING REGULATION
\nREGULATIONS ON AMENDMENTS
\nARTICLE 1 \u2013 In the Official Gazette dated 7\/9\/2002 and numbered 24869
\n Article 5 of the Natural Gas Market Licensing Regulation published
\n The sixth paragraph has been amended as follows:.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u201c"For each license following the granting of the license..."
\n A file is opened in the electronic document management system and the relevant legislation is included.
\n "License records are kept in accordance with the regulations."\u201d
\nARTICLE 2 \u2013 The following paragraph is added to Article 8 of the same Regulation:
\n It has been added.
\n\u201cLicense applications can be submitted electronically.\u201d.
\n Which license types can be applied for electronically and
\n The information and documents to be submitted with applications are determined by the Board Decision. Request
\n The information and documents obtained are in accordance with the procedures and principles specified in the Board Decision.
\n "Within this framework, it is submitted to the Institution electronically."\u201d
\nARTICLE 3 \u2013 The third paragraph of Article 11 of the same Regulation
\n The paragraph has been amended as follows:.
\n\u201c"Receiving a license as a result of review and evaluation."
