{"id":6066,"date":"2026-09-06T10:21:35","date_gmt":"2026-09-06T07:21:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aesinn.com\/kurumsal\/ust-yonetim-beyani\/"},"modified":"2026-09-06T10:21:35","modified_gmt":"2026-09-06T07:21:35","slug":"ust-yonetim-beyani","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/aesinn.com\/en\/kurumsal\/ust-yonetim-beyani\/","title":{"rendered":"Statement from Senior Management"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">AES Innovation, as a Type A Inspection Body operating under TS EN ISO\/IEC 17020, commits to the principles of impartiality, independence, integrity, and confidentiality in its inspection and measurement activities with the following management statement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Our Commitments to Impartiality and Independence<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>AES Innovation commits to ensuring that field auditors providing services will not be subjected to any pressure, suggestion, or advice before, during, or after conformity assessment audits, and that personnel and field auditors involved in AES Innovation&#039;s inspection\/measurement activities within the scope of conformity assessment make decisions based on their own initiative, knowledge, and experience, providing an environment in which they can conduct their work independently and impartially.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>AES Innovation undertakes to ensure that the technical experts, managers, external auditors\/technical experts, and personnel at all levels of the technical and administrative staff conducting inspection\/measurement activities within the scope of their contracts have had no relationship with the conformity assessment audited organization in terms of design, manufacturing, supply, assembly, purchasing, representation, etc., within the last two years.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>AES Innovation undertakes to ensure that its managers and personnel, as well as the technical experts providing services to AES Innovation under contract, will carry out their activities independently of any financial incentives for individuals and groups who will benefit from the conformity assessment activity and its results.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>AES Innovation is committed to providing reliable inspection\/measurement services by operating independently of all stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>AES Innovation declares that, in ensuring and maintaining trust in its inspection\/measurement activities, its decisions regarding conformity (or non-conformity) are based on objective evidence and that these decisions will not be influenced by other stakeholders or other parties.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>AES Innovation and all its employees will not engage in any activity that would compromise the independence and accuracy of decisions regarding inspection\/measurement activities.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>All stakeholders have equal access to and benefit from AES Innovation services. AES Innovation guarantees that it will not create unnecessary financial burdens in this regard.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>AES Innovation identifies all elements that threaten its impartiality and conducts conflict of interest prevention analyses.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>AES Innovation is equally accessible to all existing and potential companies requesting inspection\/measurement services.
